Joint Aid Management (JAM) is an African-founded humanitarian relief and development organization that has been working on sustainable development programs to help eradicate poverty and hunger in Africa for the past 25 years, with a 2009 operational budget of $33 million. JAM has been producing fortified foods in multiple African nations for close to 20 years as part of its development strategy. The JAM Plumpy’nut® factory in Mozambique is a partnership program between Unicef, Nutriset and JAM and is installed in the JAM food factory complex in Dondo (Beira), Sofala Province.
