Since its creation in 1986, Nutriset has followed a very special path : the development and production of special nutritional foods for undernourished population groups in the countries of the South. These products have enabled unprecedented advances to be made in the fight against malnutrition. This book tells the story of this rather unusual company, highlighting its continuing commitment to research, sustained by the motivation and the deeply-held convictions of its directors. A much less followed road that has led to a radical change in the fight against what is still our young century’s biggest scandal, and which opens up the route to a brighter future.
