Nutriset obtains the score of 79/100
Within the framework of the law of September 5, 2018 and the implementing decree which follows from January 8, 2019 aimed at reducing the pay gap between women and men in the company, Nutriset publishes its index of women equality - men for the year 2020.
The index is based on 4 indicators and gives rise to points:
- Indicator 1 - Wage gaps between women and men: 39/40
- Indicator 2 - Difference in the distribution of individual increases between women and men: 35/35
- Indicator 3 - Increases upon return from maternity leave: 0/15
- Indicator 4 - Number of employees of the underrepresented sex among the 10 highest remunerations: 5/10
